I ordered in August and haven’t gotten tracking info yet. Dealer did say it updated to “2”, whatever that means.

Just received a call from my dealer. My build date was pushed out another month into January. It's now scheduled to be built the week of January 18th. I'm now at a 2 month delay from the original build date. Starting to wonder if it's actually going to get built.

When did you originally order your truck?

Wasn’t Ford advertising no payments until 2021? LOL

Is yours a "Stock" order?
Being pushed back so far might indicate it is time to focus on "Retail" orders.

Patience grasshopper.......patience.

All good things to those who wait.

A few months back, some of the higher ups said that they’re not going to screw up the new F150 like they did with the new Explorer which was pushed out before it was really ready and we all know what a cluster that was.

The F150 is Fords cash cow so they must try to get everything right before it gets into the hands of the public....especially for those that ordered a vehicle.

That’s what I was thinking. Hopefully that is the case. For those with stock order, maybe the dealer can change it to retail.

Interesting time we’re in. At the start of this, stock orders were where it’s at. Now it seems the tide could be changing to retail orders being in demand.

According to my order guy, If you have a stock order and a VIN, then don't do that.

Probably a bad sign. I just viewed an inventory search and the ribbons on the top left of each truck that used to say "just arrived" now say "dealer ordered".
