Probably a bad sign. I just viewed an inventory search and the ribbons on the top left of each truck that used to say "just arrived" now say "dealer ordered".
At least the dealer I chose was honest and up front about it right out of the gate.
They all say Dealer Ordered--but at least we know they are coming--maybe 2023

According to my order guy, If you have a stock order and a VIN, then don't do that.
My dealer just emailed and changed the stock order to sold and ford required a signed bill of sale and my drivers license to up the priority. Evidently retail orders are now the thing

Ahhh
I check my dealers inventory every now and then just to see if one snuck in.
they were supposed to have a "get to know the new Ford" on 11-16, but I doubt that happened if none were available.
My dealer does have one coming with the interior I want---want to get a look at that one just to see it.

Someone might have gotten on to them about having that there with no vehicle at the lot.

Yeah, a good sign for retail orders! Retail orders should have the priority now with OKTB.

I am pretty sure your dealer needs to stay on top of this and he will send the e-mail to you
I'm kinda waiting to get something from my dealer as well

Seems like they are updating the software. Whatever happened to the remote wifi software update?

PS: I know not all trims will have BLIS but seems like the higher end trims will have it and they also have the on-air update functionality. Looks like they are shy about it...
