Surprised no one has mentioned these were actually dropped from 2021 to 2022:

- Some of the ambient lighting including cupholder and media bin
- Bed Mounts and Bed cleats
- Bed Lights

You mean the bed light the one I can't ever find the switch in the dark and then just give up and use my phone?

What?

Most everything is processed into something.

Even the ovaries are harvested and used for embryonic purposes.
Of course it's not "thrown away". It wasn't worth wasting the time trying to explain this to someone who doesn't understand how business works.

I haven't "reinstalled" the bed lights I have, but if it's like my 2015 was, the switch in the truck would turn them on before I even got out and I "think" they came on with the welcome lighting when returning to the truck, but I'm not sure.

I'm talking about the rubber button beside the bed outlet.

I had a 2021 and now have a 2025 Lariat High.
I am missing power telescoping steering wheel, rain sensing wipers, bed camera, and secricode keypad.
Downgrades are headlights, foglights, and leather seats.
I wonder if the 2025s have the correct harness to add the bed camera back in or if they don't even have the plug anymore because it's no longer a "temporary" feature delete with a credit on the window sticker (like my 2023) and is instead just not offered on that trim level.

The absence of bed lights really bugged me in my 2023. My 2018 XLT had them standard, but my 2023 didn't because it didn't have the "bed utility package". I added them back in. I have not added the other deletes so far like the extra ambient lighting or the bed camera, but I might some day.

I don't think any carmakers except zee Germans use real (full grain) leather anymore. Even the genuine leather in American cars is actually the fake stuff.
Pleather is a game-changer, for the better. Leather blows after 4-5 years if your upkeep is only every couple of weeks.

Yeah, that one became muscle memory on my 2015 almost.

My 2015 XLT high had the bed lights and I plan on installing them with the bed mounts and cleats when I do the herculiner on my truck this summer. Mine came with the camera and I wouldn’t give it up at this point.

The biggest deletion was the SuperCab configuration. MY22 was the last time it was offered.

From what I understand only the KR and Plat have the bed camera now .

Any SuperCab model period, no matter what combo seating you're describing.
The Supercab is still available up to XLT trim for 2025. You do have less options available than in the past though, unfortunately.
