First off this is a sales area of forum.

Try setting your sync to dark mode full time as that resolves stupid bugs. Reboot sync by holding volume down button and seek forward button on steering wheel for several seconds.

Go to the VIN lookup thread and post there to get help on why your truck is not updating. That version I believe is past the broken versions and it is possible prior owner turned off auto updates and then never accepted any of the updates sent to truck. Ford will send again eventually.
