Another vote for NFCU. I got 3.69 for 72 from them.
Unfortunately even they aren’t immune to the rate increases. Their current rates are 4.54 for 36, 4.74 for 48-60 and 5.04 for 72. I have done all of my last ~7 auto loans through them though as their rates are always the lowest that I have access to.

On my 2020 explorer that I got in august 2020 I got 2.29 for 72 months

I agree, they aren’t immune, but they do tend to have the best rates. Mine was locked before the November rate increase. The best the dealer could get me was 4.82. Ford was at 5.9 for 60. That’s with perfect credit. (Tremors don’t qualify for PCOs or special rate offers.)

In addition to the lower rates they offer, they also have amazing customer service, which is very much appreciated by this vet.

2.04% Navy Federal Credit Union... :)
They must have lowered their rates. 3 months ago I checked them and the lowest they would offer was 3.99 I believe. Then I found one of our local CU here that offered me 1.99 for 60 months and I jumped all over that. I also make a double payment each month.

Nah, their rates are going up, he must’ve gotten his loan sometime last year I’m guessing, or very early this year.

When and where did you get 1.9%?

Was just about 3 months ago. I’m in Michigan. Was Dort financial CU. They offered 1.9 upto 60 months. Now it’s 3.9 same term. When I found that rate I could not apply fast enough. Lol.

Rates change daily it seems. I would say any credit union will be good such as NFCU if you qualify for membership, VyStar or Pen Fed. I like San Francisco Fire credit union too.
I would tell you the rate I have but it’s BS just like the others as they are always changing.
It’s not just the rate but the service of the loan as well. NFCU allows paying ahead so you can skip a payment if you need to, I’ve had loans paid out a year before by paying extra. They also aren’t as anal about updating them on your insurance. Some banks are assholes on that and not just fixing it I mean. I actually had one bank where they wanted 500 ded and I had 1k for two weeks and they sent me a letter saying to not only fix it but I had to show it was fixed for the time it was at 1k in the past, the insurance company obviously wouldn’t backdate so I had to pay their “insurance“ for the backdate time which was triple my rate.

Yikes. I would refinance immediately and tell them to fk off.

I got 5.9% from Ford Credit for 84mo..a few months ago.

Well I applied with the AdelFi group but still waiting for approval. I have a credit score above 830, only want about 30k for 60 mo but haven’t heard back other than a request to re-submit my ID. The rate probably jumped a point lol

My local Ford dealership is doing 2.9% for 60...lowest I've seen lately.
That's what I got around October 1st when I bought. My credit union was 3.5

Has anyone run across any decent APR banks or credit unions lately? Ford isn’t extending the current rate to Raptors, Tremors, etc so I’m looking at 5.5% or so locally.

Eglin CFU was 3.99% and the best I’ve seen.
Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union has 3.69 for 72 months. It’s lower for shorter terms.

Wow. What is your total interest with those terms?! Like 10 grand?😬
Yes...it's up there and would have been much higher if i had not put some $ down. I will refinance when stuff settles down a little. Also, i got my truck at under invoice so it evened out okay. :D

lol I did but not in that order
Hmmm given your name, I would say that the order was very, ummm, rotated and repetitive. Maybe even some piggybacking? A knife hand?
