Wow.. that's a generous buy-back. I'm the same with the dealerships in town. One is close to my office, super convenient, but every experience I have had there is off-putting. Hard sales pitch, no follow-up, not very forth coming on some of the used vehicle details. I drive across town to the "other" dealer in town and they remember my name and are keen to answer any questions I have. The finance lady even lent me her keys to her (personal) brand new Bronco to take my wife for a test drive because they didn't have a 2-door on the lot. They've earned my business. My sales rep says they will for sure buy my OEM tires, but I still have to chat with the service team about price.
