Current Pricing in this climate?

Still working over the phone/email with the dealer as well. It's 9PM here and they've come down another $500 and offered $6k on my trade without seeing it.... feeling like it's a low ball offer.

All in all I'm looking at $785/mo on a purchase and $675/mo on a lease. Both tough pills to swallow. I wish I actually NEEDED the truck right now to justify the purchase!
