Curb Weight...

Does anyone know what the actual curb weight is on a Power Boost 4x4 SuperCrew FX4 truck is? I am noticing that the 2020 specs say under 5,000 pounds. I have always been skeptical though as the brochure on my '99 Dodge Ram said it was 5,900lbs yet multiple scales say it is 7,800 with only me in it. I never understood how they could publish such misinformation, but it has always made me skeptical of curb weights.

Will be interesting to see in general if they gained any lbs. MY15 weight loss was such a focus. Wonder if any crept back on with various changes. Obviously batteries etc add weight. Did wider track add any? Frame updates etc.

I would be stunned if my truck was under 5,500. I know aluminum helps, but it is still a 20+ foot long 4wd truck.
