Going to go through Granger to get ESP (8/150k, we keep our vehicles). Still debating on the deductible. As I see it, with the $50 deductible, you have to go 9 times before you lose out. Seems like the way to go. Thoughts?

For the 150K miles you would need to drive about 20K a year. Not hard to do and at one point in my life I drove about 40K a year, so 20K could be nothing. These plans expire when the first of the objectives is met, so use those years as your measuring stick. Once you hit over the 100K mark for the ESP you start to pay a good bit more. If you can get less miles but a lower deductible, based on driving mileage, that might be the better option.

The reverse is true too. If you drive 40K a year you will not need the 8 years as you will exceed the 150K limit in 4 years.

Good luck with your decision.

I got the same coverage but with $100 deductible. I also included interior/exterior lighting option.

I run just over 20k per year typically. I went with the 8/150. Thanks.

Does anyone know if the Premium Care include the moonroof? Also the lighting option cover the whole assembly or just lightbilulbs?

For the 7/100K or 8/150K, $100 deductible, what kind of cost are we talking? I order 23 PB through granger. Just a budgetary is good enough. A buddy has a 2018 platinum with 7/100k and $100 deductible and he paid $1K. Just trying to get a feel. Thanks.

Went with the 6 yr/125k plan on $100 deductible with Granger. Signed up on their site Saturday night, contract in my inbox Tuesday with Ford Pass updated to show coverage. Thanks Granger, so easy and so cheap. My dealer quoted nearly $3k, Granger was under $1,800 after using Ford Pass points. Huge savings.

Go to Grangers site and enter in your basic truck info. You will see every option and cost. This site is great and it takes less than a minute for the results. I went with 10 year 100k miles $50 deductible for my new 4x4 502a Lariat PB.

Thanks Kodak and wessermgm.
Don't forget you can also use your FordPass points from the purchase of the truck (42,000) towards this ESP. It converts to $210, so just take that off the quote. It basically paid for the extra coverages I ordered (key and lighting). With the dynamic bending lights and the LED projectors, that seemed worth it to me.

I thought I had to have a Ford CC to accurate points. I need to understand this better. Is it automatically applied to your account?

I ended up with the Granger 7 year 48,000 mi $0.00 deductible Premium plan that includes the extra Bulbs coverage (Headlights) for all told $ 910.00. Well worth the Risk Management for me. The length of years matter more in my case than mileage. I've owned it 6 months now and have 1500 miles on the 22 Lariat.

yes. You get FordPass points with every purchase you make with Ford, including service and accessories. For buying a new F150 you get 42,000 FordPass points, which is on your FordPass app. If that is not on the app, then the dealership screwed up or you haven't linked your VIN to the app. You can get additional points with the credit card, but you get points through purchases and service as well.

How long does it take for the points to show up?
