Construction Flashers on XLT

I was thinking about adding 'construction flashers' as I sometimes do emergency repair work where truck is exposed. I was looking at Z-Flash but I dont think my XLT is LED in rear or at least the brake light I dont think are LED. Anyone have any experience with this setup? Can I swap in some LED bulbs to make this work?

This is what I use, it suction cups to the back window and plugs into the cigarette lighter. Different strobe patterns can be selected and I like that it’s not permanent.
