Just picked up my new truck yesterday after being barged to Alaska and just noticed some condensation in the headlights and the rear spot light. Is this a result of the temperature change or is this a defect?

I won’t be able to get any warranty work either way since I live in a town with no Ford dealerships.

I would see if the lights could burn that off. It’s entirely possible the change in temp could’ve caused it. Modern LEDs run cool but they do add some warmth to the housings. Leave em on for awhile and see if you get any improvement.

I had the same experience on mine with rain and temps in the 40s. A lot of moisture in the air. It evaporated about 10 mins after I put the truck in the garage as the owners manual suggested. Manual says it's normal so long as it burns of within 48 hours and there's no pooling or droplets running down the housing.
