In situations like this I would just show up to the stealership and demand answers.
According to FORD Chat my vehicle was delivered on 09/13/2022. Still no call from the dealership.
I've reached out twice and both times I've basically been told to "please be patient, as a large number of vehicles was just received".
Dealer's website shows the truck in stock but "reserved" (I'm assuming/hoping for me)
theres a final prep that takes place. Expect 1-2 weeks depending on where you fall in line

I received a PCO for $2500.... I had already ordered when I received it... it says to buy or order F-150... before July 5th... well I had already ordered before July 5th when I received it... Now the moment of truth: truck is on it's way (was just unloaded from railcar 9/18/2022).... sat with sales manager to put together preliminary deal and PCO does not show up in smart Vincent with all other authorized cash bonuses... so now the sitrep: sales manager called me and says he called Ford - plan is inform Ford of the sale to me at closing and (maybe?) Ford will authorize the credit. Anyone ever hear of such nonsense? Any advice? (Both truck salesman and sales manager advised me to sit tight and let sales manager handle it; I also have to sit tight and wait for Price Protection to kick in after sale closure. That's $4,435 - $6,935 in credit that Ford has promised me but must now wait to see if I get it or get robbed). Ford has a bad habit of making public offers for bonuses and such and then disavowing all power to enforce their redemptions by claiming it's up to the dealership, blah, blah, blah. Now this!
How long were you in the awaiting status?I was getting really discouraged yesterday and started calling around about Ram trucks available near me as they are doing 0% for 72 months. Woke up this morning in transit instead of awaiting shipment. Man I hope the 4 hour trip from KC to my dealership goes quickly. Hopefully this is a good sign of movement.
I hear you. You’ve been waiting longer total than I have. I hope that Ford starts shipping stuff out with the 4th quarter getting ready to start and MY23 getting underway.
I agree. And on top of that rolling out 2 entirely new trim levels and new paint colors like they haven’t already had trouble getting trucks produced.
