Ceramicpro slick to the touch?

I just got my truck ceramic coated in ceramicpro. I was surprised when I got it back it wasn't as slick to the touch as I expected. I've clay barred and waxed many vehicles and they always come out like glass.
The ceramic pro looks awesome just not smooth. Is this normal?

Thanks for the reply. The shop agreed to reapply the top coat since I wasn't satisfied.
