Center Console Work Surface - post purchase?

I took delivery of an on the lot '21 SCrew Platinum. Had every specific item I thought I wanted.

It was ordered with collapsing drive selector but *WITHOUT* the folding console storage lid.

Does anyone know the possibility to buy that afterwards and/or a part #?

I spoke to the local dealer a few weeks ago and they said it’d be a little under $1,000 to install it. Another dealer said they couldn’t find part number and for me to call back in a couple months.
I’ll try to get the part info from the local dealer, maybe that would help.
There’s another thread on this topic but I don’t think there’s a definitive answer.

Crazy how its $165 option but it will cost just say $850 after u buy the truck smh

I don’t think u will be able to find it for at least a yr, console replacements r a common problem, but given the amount of people ordering this feature, ford is probably hoarding this part for now

FYI, I don't think the work surface is all I thought it would be. It's difficult to turn to the left and use it as a work surface...For eating, it works fine.

Has anyone seen a neoprene cover for it yet. Would prefer to protect it and keep it looking new.
