Got it Line-X'd today in Newmarket. Great people. Really careful and efficient.

The masking lines, for example, are perfect. They didn't damage any screw heads they removed. Done in less than 90 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.

The truck is, quite honestly, amazing. I haven't scratched the surface of the driver aids and user interface. I did note that if I drift right toward the shoulder the steering wheel vibrates to let me know I'm leaving my lane. I don't like that. I give people extra room all the time and this truck thinks I'm a sucky driver. No, I'm just being polite, and I haven't drifted as far as the shoulder at all. Don't vibrate my hands you annoying twit.

In early returns, I'm getting 12L/100km over the first 100km or so in mixed driving with the 2.7L. I drive conservatively, but that's about what my old 4Runner got. I'm happy with that.

I'm still laughing about how much room there is here with the seats up. Even down. You can play table tennis in here.

You can turn off the lane departure by the button between your cruse control and cenetr of the wheel. Can be disabble on the Sync 4 also.

I had a 2021 order that was never fulfilled but has been rolled over to a 2022 order.

When I called my dealer there now seems to be a VIN attached to the order (which has to be a good sign, right?) but the build date is just showing as TBD.

Anyone know how long it might sit like that until a build week/date is assigned?

The timing is all over the place. even you have the build week/date, it can get pushed back.
