24/24 MPG

[In Canada] the 2021 Ford F-150 hybrid fuel economy is officially rated at 24 miles-per-gallon in the city and 24 miles-per-gallon on the highway, for a combined rating of 24 mpg. It’s important to note that U.S. EPA ratings could be different. Regardless, these numbers give the F-150 PowerBoost a yearly fuel expenditure of $2,450, while CO2 emissions come in at 229 g/km. Ford has previously said that the PowerBoost will travel up to 700 miles on a tank of gas.

In Canadian money that's thousands in fuel per year saved ??. Looking forward to it. Last year it was costing me $170.00 per tank of fuel. I would get 1120 (hwy) km's on the 144 litres or 36 gallons from my 2018 5.0.
Looking forward to the dollars saved each month in fuel alone.

Thought both 24mpg hwy and city seemed strange. Check the Natural Resources Canada website and it is 9.8 liters per 100km city and 9.7 for hwy and a combined of 9.8. The 24mpg above is us gallons. The imperial is about 28.8 mpg. I’m impressed
I'm hoping the official EPA numbers will be out soon. 24 for city would probably be a deal maker for me over the 2.7.
I personally wish ford had used the 3.3 or 2.7 in the hybrid setup.

If you have a chance to drive one on the event tour you'll be grinning ear to ear that they used the 3.5L in the Powerboost. It is literally too much power for the size and handling characteristics of the truck. They could have gone with the 2.7 to bias it more towards gas mileage, but I'm glad they didn't. I was on the fence about 23 combined not being good enough numbers to make the hybrid worth while, and I was wishing they gave us a choice of the 3.55 rear end with the 4x4 to squeak out a few more mpg on the highway, but now that I've driven it and felt the power, I'll be extremely happy with 23 mpg combined and all that power and torque. I think it would actually be good if it defaults to Eco-Mode each time you start the truck, because you don't need it in Sport-Mode to feel the pull of 570 Lb-Ft. All that power, 23 mpg combined, and 12,400 lb trailer rating with the Max Tow package makes this a very capable all around truck.
