Camping Out of Tremor?

Has anyone done any camping out of the bed of their Tremor? Love to see any setups with hard toppers etc.

I tested this out for the first time the other day. I have a bedrug and Bak X4S and this fits perfectly. I chose this one because it doesn’t have an inner liner so it can be slid over this or most other folding or rolling tonneau covers. It even allows the tailgate step to stay open.

If I was more into camping or overlanding I’d probably want a rooftop tent of some sort. But this thing is easy to set up, cheap, and isn’t permantly attached to the truck so it does the job for me.

Yes, you could do it by yourself easily. No need to even climb in the bed, you do it all from the outside. If you’ve ever set up a normal tent, its very similar.

I'm in line for a wedge camper from Vagabond Outdoors. there's plenty of other companies putting out wedge campers too (go fast, super pacific, alp-cab, etc). me and the wife sleep up top in the wedge, then going to build out a convertible sitting/eating/sleeping area for the kids down below. not as comfortable as a Four Wheel Camper, but a fraction of the weight to still be able to handle reasonably well when off-road

I'm not going to build it out much, just throw some offroad lights on

I dig the GFC camper because it leaves the bed area of my truck alone but still gives me a place to crash above.
