Cabin power and breaker tripped

Morning folks!! I have a 2021 Limited powerboost. Since purchased from the dealer, I’ve been getting the Ford pass errors saying breaker B tripped. When I check all the breakers, both in bed and one in cabin, none of them are tripped.

i checked the power by connecting a heat gun to all four outlets in bed, and they work. Now I tested the two outlets in cabin and neither of them work. They do show an orange light on the top right.

Any ideas? No breakers tripped and unsure what to check next…

Mine did this the day I brought it home. I pushed the breaker inside the cab (under the flip-door, bottom right of the main display) and all notifications went away and haven't come back in 2 weeks.

Hi Eric, thank you so much for responding. I am going to check the engine compartment when I get home. Do you know what physical area I need to look in? Top left or bottom right of the engine bay?

Also, that picture you posted, it looks like its from the interior of the car, maybe by the fuses by the passenger feet area or under the steering wheel, can you confirm?

I would love to just be able to check behind the dash myself, but I don't feel comfortable removing panels.

Eric, thank you so much for your help, very much appreciated. I drove to the dealer today to pickup the license plates and while I was waiting, I popped the hood, and look what I found (see before and after)!!!

When I turned the truck on, no ford pass error messages or dashboard messages. When I got home, I connected a heat gun to both front and rear cabin outlets, no issues. I then tested the bed outlets since I got my LINE-X done today as well, no issues.

I can now cancel my 9/7/2021 dealer appt!!!

Appreciate this thread. I checked my pb platinum w the ground fault issue since delivery . Made sure that harness was tight . 1300 mile trip no generator fault w low power on the whole way ( a first for me in this truck). When home went to wash truck . Ground fault appeared as i drove in over underwash .. what does this say ? A circuit under the truck getting wet creates the flaw ? This cannot be the way they design thing right ?
