Bumper bolts

This is going to sound stupid probably but does anyone know how to remove these bolts? Im trying to figure out some kind of bracket for pod lights. They are behind plastic trim bumper covers. I've tried different sockets 15,16,17,18 but they all slip the head on these bolts is not your typical hex it seems like the sides are shaved off

Nevermind think I figured it out looks like you can't removed them from the front the nut is the back side of the bumper 😆😆

Yes, the nut is on the other side but apparently has a lock wash that keeps the bolt in place not allowing it to be removed. How I can force the bolt out? I am also trying to place a bracket there.

You take the nut off the back then tighten the bracket between the bumper brace and nut.
