I was just notified that a VIN was assigned to build with the build week of February 22. Anybody have any idea when delivery to the dealer might take place with these dates. Thanks

About a month or so. Depends on the state, and city where you live.

I just noticed a 4 digit number at the bottom of my window sticker that corresponds with the estimated delivery date on my truck. Maybe yours as well?

Edit. Went back and looked—- 8 digits in the special order box
I see 02 14 2021 as the last group and that is the expected date for my delivery.

Per other threads - all depends on where you live. Example, in Texas we're told to expect it to take a month, despite delivery date saying 2-3 weeks.

It's all about them being behind and moving them onto the rail cars, and sitting on lots waiting on truck transport. Welcome to factory backups, covid and other issues going on..

I preach this way - you want your truck to arrive March 1st or later, so that way on official signing/purchase day, you get any of the new deals that start in March for 'truck month'. Ford's rule is you get the advertised deals the DAY you actually pay/purchase/close on.. (Delivery and pay day) not any advertised rebates/offers at order.... not all dealers explain this, but it's how it works for every dealer because it's Ford itself offering them, not your dealers... they may have their own, but that's out of their pocket at their discretion.

Can you paste a screen grab? Mine doesn't seem to correspond to a date so I wonder if yours is just coincidence.

5\3 Build Date confirmed by the dealer.

My original 2021 Lariat order was on 9/11/21. It was converted to a MY22 on 11/17. It was built on 1/10 and the delivery is estimated 4/26. The chip shortage is real.
