no clicking. I just don’t get the “ready”.
Did you push the gas pedal? You have to push the gas pedal to start it if it says ready, or put it in drive. Try remote starting it.

Remote start wouldn’t work. Pressing pedals wouldn’t work. Disconnecting battery for 30 seconds didn’t work. Disconnecting battery for 10 minutes did work.

trying to find volt meter.

Drove for half an after after it wouldn’t start. Now when I open the door I don’t get that 75 Years welcome screen automatically and when I shut it off, I get this. I also got a message from Ford Pass saying features are disabled to preserve battery.

is one of my batteries shot?

No, you need to charge your batts (they're connected). My unfiltered opinion of the AGMs and their charge strategy is that it sucks balls.

charge them how? Driving? Or an actual charger? Half an hour of driving here and there won’t keep this thing charged?

Battery charger. Driving doesn't do much to charge them. It's why I've put the LFP aux batt in mine. Got tired of the flaws the AGM has.

That's where mine eventually ends up at and then I put the battery on a smart charger overnight and it runs the following strategy:

You can see the vertical time snapshot is the battery at 12.3V

I circled the actual charge curve.
It's usually an 8-12 hour procedure

On the other end of the charge procedure the battery ends up around 12.75-12.8

The LFP keeps mine full at ~93%. I do not miss the low battery wonkiness just by waking the truck up a few times between short drives.
