thanks! I am surprised though - it is only 850 CCA; the one sold in Canadian Costco is rated at 900CCA.

now how do I get the part number for the battery tray and the sleeve...

Not so great - 1158 lbs, pathetically. To me, this doesn't sound right. This is probably the most loaded 3.0L PS Platinum so that could explain why. It would be really nice if Ford solved this issue from the get go. I guess we can't have nice things.

Either way, not a deal breaker for me.

They are rare to find. I was looking for a few months before I came across this truck. I actually didn’t try to buy this truck right away when it came on the market. After about a couple months later, it was still for sale… I was surprised and in a position to buy.

Negotiated with the guy, got it at MSRP, and since it was private sale - saved $4K+ in taxes.

This wasn’t an easy transaction, but I am happy it’s all done now.

I’m sure there'll be another one pop up but it’ll take time.

Thanks! Already love it. Will be doing a long trip this weekend with friends so the long bed will be useful with all the luggage and crap.

I know Ford’s numbers are usually less than what it’s capable to do… I’m sure for liability reasons. Will be towing cars, and eventually a boat in the future.

The MPG is decent, but could be better. However the engine is still very young (approaching 10K) so it should get better as time goes on.
