Bluecruise OTA Status?

Good Morning all,
My dealer told me that they could do the Blue Cruise update and so I took that route to get it installed. Well, I took my 2021 Platinum PB in on Tuesday morning. I am writing this at 12:30PM on Friday 29 April and the truck is still there being updated. During the process the truck went into "Deep Sleep" mode and nothing happened for the period(all night) it was that way. so be prepared as I am right now that something has gone wrong. But I am hopeful I will get my truck back today.
My Platinum was built in Dec. of 2020 so it is a type 1. I have 11,500 miles now. I wanted the Blue Cruise before my next trip to Texas over 600 miles one way.
This is more for FYI than anything else.

If they -were- updating it without a backup charger on it, then yea... sleepy time.

They told me I was good to go. I got Sync 21281. Booooo.

Mine was 6 hrs into download at dealership a couple weeks ago and crashed.
Charger was on it..
Received a Ford email today..

I will give the truck a few days and if it can't download the update I will go back to my dealer.

UPDATE:
Took it to my dealer and they successfully updated the BC Software.
All is working as it should.
Also replaced the battery..

I have it set for Auto updates so I would expect OTA'S to install..
I haven't received any messages in my Ford app since January 2021..
Over a year.
I have appointment at the dealer on Wednesday, and they will try to install it.

Mine has been updating rapidly within last week: 2.3.0 to 2.6.0 and yesterday, to 2.7.1 and I'm not on the EAProgram (was never available in Canada),

Mine went straight from 2.5.3 to 2.8.3 two days ago. Job1 '21 here.

Yeah 2.8.3 is 2.5.3 with new number (3 added to middle number) and a few tweaks. see a few get sent same way as you.

So I just received a notification that I received an update, I went from 2.3 to 2.6. I wonder if bluecruise will work now....

You got a ways to go, you'll need to get to 2.8.2, but you are on the right path if you are starting to get OTA's again

I just went from 2.3 to 2.6. Strange thing is both updates happened after driving the truck. 2.3 happened while on vacation in Walmart 's parking lot and 2.6 just happened after coming home from town, and 2.6 is just an enhancement of 2.3 it seems. My truck goes to the dealer tomorrow for the trailer brake recall, we will see how this goes before I approach them about anything else.

Interesting. Just got updated today to 1.6.0 from 1.4.0 on Saturday May14th. Canadian truck as well, built date was March 30th 2021. PB if that makes a difference and waiting on BC also.
