Bluecruise coming soon

Been watching and reading tons of great info on this site which has already helped me a lot . I have a job1 2021 that I had in for the blue cruise update. Dealer did the work and it “seems” everything in the truck is ok(?) but my FordPass app still shows “coming soon” in my connected services part of account. The places I can use bluecruise, it doesn’t work. They tried another program session and say it all works.
Anyone else have that issue or is the FordPass app not related to the issue?

Vehicle history on 10/31 shows the dealer attempted to run the bluecruise enabling program with FDRS three times and it failed all three times because the Sync software version on your truck is not suitable for that config program. OTA history shows you got an APIM update mid October that most likely brought your truck up to Sync version 23159. As per the instruction they are supposed to follow (but hardly ever do), if the Sync version of the truck is not one of the ones on the list below, they are supposed to update the GWM before attempting the BC enabling program.

They did not update the GWM. From what I can see, they didn't do a damn thing.
