Can anyone point me in the right direction for black lug nuts that don't rust? Mine lasted about a year until they started to show rust... Dissapointed

I bought the Ford OEM ones and they have been fine. Coastal location for about 18 months so far.

Gorilla lug nuts, for years, have been our go-to. I run their black security lugs on all of our vehicles, even our UTV.

Interesting. The keyed lugnuts that came with my 2021 F150 are the ones that are rusting for me.

which model number, if you dont mind my asking?
I grabbed the full set of 24 with key but they also offer individual packs.

The full set is: K6TS-14150BGR

Available at most of the large 4x online retailers and Amazon. Cheapest is Amazon at around $40 a set.

Just a point I would like to make. If you mounted your wheels and have never taken them off, your lug nuts are less likely to rust. If you constantly are taking wheels on/off, you are obviously disrupting whatever paint and coating is on the wheel nuts and they are more apt to rust. That being said, the black ones I got from Method were excellent. I begrudgingly gave them to the guy who bought my old wheels.

I have black Gorilla on my Challanger. Almost 6 years with 2 rotations a year: no rust.

You probably did, but just a SWAG, make sure the rust is not from the sockets used to install and/or remove the nuts.

Just a note about the lug nuts if you go shopping. The Gorilla's are a one piece nut as compared to the Ford OEM that is 2 piece. If you live is any area of the country that deals with a winter you want to find one piece nuts. The 2 piece nuts can have problems down the road.

You are going to thrilled with the Granger buying experience and the truck. They make picking up the truck super easy and then just take your time driving home. Congrats!
Exact reason I swapped out to the gorilla lugs. Gone through one winter so far with no issues. Get my tires rotated at every oil change.
