Black Halogen Headlights

Now that I leveled my truck, I think I like the look of the halogen head/fog lights

But, I wish they were a little more subdued..... I'm starting to see the following on several outlets now.... good or bad, turn yellow, haze over, quality, painted, paint will fade/flake, etc?

They have an oem version. That is getting optioned on the STX and low trim XLT’s I would try and find a set of those, they might be hard to come by though.

If it were me, I would get the VIN for a Rattler and order the OEM ones for it. Sure, it will most likely be more expensive, but you won't have to worry about the quality.

I know there were one maybe even two members on here that already have received their Rattlers so maybe they would be willing to give you the VIN. It may be hard to get one another way since they are hard to find for sale.

I found a 2023 XLT VIN with the blacked out halogen head. They look the same as the Rattler. Called my dealer, 2K for the headlights and can have them tomorrow, wow.

Side note: I notice a lot of window stickers showing 3.5 EB with 3.31 rear ends now...

The parts guy emailed me a quote. The quote has part numbers for LH and RH but they are for the regular halogen headlights! So something is a miss... the VIN is for a 2023 XLT and the dealer photo shows black head and fog lights like the Rattler... I guess this isn't as easy as I hoped...

Yeah $2k is steep. I might also recommend Diode Dynamics. Their headlights look pretty sweet too.
