Backup Camera - Blue Screen

Has anyone experienced this? I get a blue, fuzzy video feed when using the cameras (both for reverse or front/overhead cameras). I've checked all the fuses and will get maybe 1 out of 10 tries when the camera does work. Not sure if coincidence or not, but this started happening after my last OTA update 2.1.

I know there is a recall on the Explorers for this same problem with the back up camera

The Ford tech removed some trim and found C5104 unplugged from the mirror harness. Once he plugged it back in all the codes cleared and everything worked again. Thankfully it hasn't been an issue since.

Unfortunately I do not. The tech said he had to remove a few things to get to it, but he wasn't very specific.

My truck had the same issue. A connection came apart. The tech also said that the driver's side camera was bad and needs to be replaced. However, it has been working ever sine I picked the truck up. I'll still have it replaced once they can get the truck back in, which isn't until March 22nd.
