Beautiful snap of your baby in the wild! I love this colour with a snowy background. Good thing I'm a Canuk. I'll see

I noticed your tag says " Falken Wildpeak A/T3W LT295/70R18 on Method MR305 NV 18x9, +18 wheels " Do you have any updated pictures with that size of tire/rim? Everywhere I've seen with a 2" level there is no rubbing. I hope this is the case because I've ordered it all.. xD. Can you confirm? :D
I do not rub on the crash bars or any suspension components themselves. I do rub on the left side air deflector, the hard plastic piece that’s there for wind deflection. For that reason I have played with the idea of getting the tremor front slide plate because I’m hopeful/pretty sure it would eliminate that rubbing (plus it allows more approach angle clearance: a better function duh 😅) every kit is difference in terms of handling and actual ride height but I will provide some pictures here shortly. I’m currently at 12k miles now for reference

I posted a lot because I’m definitely just happy with this truck. Feels extra special now that this is the only year for the Area-51 color, but probably won’t carry the same weight/value

You just made my day... <3 I wonder if my +2 offset compared to yours will make a difference in that bit of rubbing on the wind deflector! I'll let you know!

I checked out your thread and said to myself "uh oh.. looks like I'm taking off those mud flaps that I just bought" Then I realized you put them on after the tires and fox 2.0.

I'm in absolute awe with this colour + black wheels. Your truck looks amazing.

Hehe, I was also debating on the tremor skid plate too :D But now that you mentioned its functionality it's a must.... That is what I'll tell my wife.

Thank you so much for confirming. I did see your post a while ago when I was doing my research but I couldn't find it again after I decided to take the aftermarket wheel plunge Thanks for posting that!

I do remember now that they do rub against the mud flaps! I took them off because of that reason, but so many more rocks were spitting up so I put them back on. The 10k miles on the tread life probably helped a little? But when I reverse turning right, they do hit. I don’t care at this point 🤷🏻‍♂️ comes with the territory and it’s only at a certain angle. I wish the flexible mudflaps existed as an OEM option because I would get those instead.

And thanks! I was definitely looking into the bronze Fuel Rebel 6’s with black lip but SO MANY people have them on their 14th gen’s (and every other truck/suv ever) that I went a different route.

Comes with the territory. That is a correct statement. If it drives straight I'll be fine and learn the sweet spots. Right?

I drive about 3 KM per day and live on a culdesac so turning will be minimal. :D

Looks fantastic with some mud on it er'!

I started to notice that in the wheels and tires threads and some online pictures as well. It was like the Contras when they first came out. So beautiful but everyone has them.

It's one of the reasons I went with Area 51 instead of Avalanche. Beauty colour but so many on the road now. I didn't realize it was the last and only year for area 51. Now I wish I got a 4 year lease. 😅

Well, here is my new baby on pick up. I'll grab some better photos of it tomorrow because it's past 5 PM and Canada so it's dark. 😅

So far I've got 295/70/R18 BFG KO2 tires on Fuel Maverick 18x9 rims, vinyl matte Canadian flag on driver/passenger lower door, and the raised black F150 lettering on the rear.

Tint goes on tomorrow. Going to black out the pipe tip on Saturday. Ceramic coating from rim to roof on Monday.

The only thing the dealer wasn't able to complete was the BAP emblem. Not sure what happened or why but I was told "we can't find the part for the forward camera but only the 360 camera.".... SMH.. 🤦.

I will likely order the BAP emblems myself and install them myself. Can anyone confirm the Canadian part number for the XLT with 360 camera package? I have LC3Z-9942528-C

Here are some pictures at pick up, beside my Ranger that I will dearly miss( the exterior at least.).

The back seat is Sheldon approved. 🤣

I decided to tackle the pipe this morning before it went in for tint at 9 AM. Five coats of plastidip did the trick. If it doesn't work, I'll update, but if you don't see an update, that means it's okay.

The tint looks lovely. I can't wait for the emblems and tonneau to complete the package. I may even toss on some black caliper covers, too!

I’ve been thinking about slapping two of these puppies on mine right where you have the Canadian flag. Looks like good placement.
