Anyone install these aftermarket foglights?

I’m considering ordering these fog lights for my stx and was wondering if anyone has purchased these before. Is there anything in for scan that needs to be done in order to get them to work? Unfortunately my stx didn’t come with any.

Does it come with a switch. Definitely need a way to turn them on, or are they just on all the time with the headlights?
