...on their Vehicle Dashboard via your web browser? Been saying I have 1 notification for weeks now and when you click on it, a windows pops up saying the same thing. No link, no info, etc. Checked all around. Cleared my cache, tried different browsers, etc...

I get those in the FordPass app too. Mostly ads but there was a recall notice. I like the app, has good function including remote start, lock, and unlock.

Have you looked in the Message Center under the Account tab?

I had this to!!!! When I finally renewed my connected nav (because I found out my wife's prefers it) it went away magically! It evidently was for it letting me know it was expired or whatever but didn't actually say that. When I clicked the notification nothing came up.
