Seems like all or most of the posts are people bitching about problems with their trucks. Anyone problem free and happy?

No problems, none. Only have 1957 miles on the XLT but so far can say that it's the best truck I've ever owned and I've had a lot of them starting with a 1959 Chevy, then a 1966 Ford F100. Was second guessing myself in trading off the 2017 F150 that had been trouble free for 56,000 miles but after driving the new F150 I have no regrets. The new XLT 3.5 Ecoboost rides better, is quieter, and seems to be getting slightly better gas mileage.

nope. 500 miles, the air dam came loose and wrapped around the front valence. Ticket started 3 weeks ago, no ETA no parts. I'm at 1500 miles now so Im driving with a twisted air dam.

Not problem free, unfortunately suffering from the issue others have run into with a similar build date where FordPass/Wireless CarPlay/HotSpot/Connected Nav won't work because it seems the modem won't activate. I also need a complete rear window assembly because of a rattle with the sliding rear window when open.

BUT!

I love this truck to death and the dealer has been fantastic on getting these things addressed with little pain on my part. The truck is otherwise amazing, and while not in the spirit of the thread I guess since I do have issues, I predict once I get these little growing pains out of the way it will be problem free.

I can add the "seat massage screen" pops up all the time asking if I want a massage. Just under 500 miles.

700 miles here, quality appears to be lacking and doesn’t seem to be holding up as well as expected.

2500 miles, no issues other than a cracked headlight that was replace a couple of weeks ago
7000 miles now. ( above post was May 16 )
still good with the truck.
RR tire monitor sometimes loses connection after about 20 miles in 100* temps. Will get that looked at when the seat belt notice comes.

today, something weird happened.
doors would not unlock with the remote—like everything was dead.
open with key, and theft warning pops up on the screen ( start engine to halt alarm)
then the reverse braking gave an alarm once the car started.

everything back to normal on next key cycle

You checked your fuses? No idea, but maybe loose fuses could be the problem?

I’m completely problem free and happy. If you don’t count the creaking power running board, memory seat recall not working, and platinum appliqué falling off, I’m good.

That's the nature of forums – most people arrive here because they want to do something or they've got a problem to solve.
My Feb built '21 F-150 Hybrid Platinum FX4 with on-board 7.2kW, lay-flat seats, work surface, max tow and 6½' bed arrived with 17 miles on the odometer, zero defects, now 10,000 miles comprised of multiple 2000 mile road trips across the US in blizzards and heat waves, with not so much as a rattle or a squeak. Just about every complication and motor and sensor and chip to let the smoke out, but so far, superb build quality and reliability. Still under 20 mpg average on 87 gas, but I tend to drive with a bed full of heavy gear and I don't spare the horses … nothing gets EPA mpg at 80 mph … : )
It goes in for its first service next week. There's maybe a bug in the cameras which I've seen using FORScan, but all the cameras are working. The transmission tends to have harsh shifts. But others report smooth shifting, so I'm optimistic that will be a software thing.

502a Lariat purchased Jan 1 10k miles and the only problems I have had are a broken cup holder and some Sync 4 bugs that have slowly been improving but are not yet gone.
