Interesting, glad you / they found a solution. When I had my tire shop install the sensors in my trailer tires the steel stems wouldn't seal in with my rims. They pulled the steel stems off the sensors and replaced with rubber, all good now. Display shows pressure and temperature.
Mine are aluminum alloy, came from the factory with these wheels. A bit fancier than the the standard trailer wheel. The steel stems on the sensors ford shipped me didn't have much rubber to make a seal with, so it didn't surprise me when they leaked. I'm okay with rubber stems, though, since max psi on my tires is 80lbs.Interesting, glad you / they found a solution.
Just curious, are your trailer wheels steel or aluminum alloy?
I can confirm ML3T-13A576-AKF (old part number ML3Z-13A576-PB) worked for my 2021 F150 Lariat 502A with Max Tow which I thought I only could use ML3Z-13A576-PK (old part number ML3Z-13A576-TFA). Thanks again GoldenGateCanyon! Now to get my tires stems installed. When I had my tire shop install the sensors in my trailer tires the steel stems wouldn't seal in with my rims. Might be a stupid question but how were you able to tell you had 9 wires to the 12 pin connector? I have 23 and I’m curious if mine might already have the proper harness too.Update - Turns out that ML3T-13A576-AKF is a new number for ML3Z-13A576-PB, the two parts are identical. And, it turns out that my 2023 Lariat DID have 9 wires to the 12 pin connector, shipped that way from the factory, but for some reason Ford installed the 7/4 connector instead of the desired 7/12 ... I've replaced the 7/4 connector with the 7/12 and plugged the cable/camera/TPMS repeater from LC3Z-1A189-A into it. All good. Camera works and the truck wants to program the TPMS. That work will remain for another day. Now I've got a spare, never used ML3T-13A576-AKF wire harness looking for a new truck. Any takers? I'll box it up and ship it if you VENMO me the cost of shipping.
Well ... when I dropped the spare tire, I was able to see all the wiring, and it became apparent that they had tucked the 12 pin connector into a plug cover on the wire harness. And that 12 pin connector had 9 wires running to it. Weird, I thought, that they installed the 7/4 pin on the bumper, instead of the 12 pin ... If your 2023 has the 7/4 pin, drop the spare and look for the 12 pin, you may be in luck!Might be a stupid question but how were you able to tell you had 9 wires to the 12 pin connector? Sweet I will have to take a look today!Well ... when I dropped the spare tire, I was able to see all the wiring, and it became apparent that they had tucked the 12 pin connector into a plug cover on the wire harness. Perhaps of interest / help, see the pics at this post. You're looking to count the wires on "C439" which should be 'stowed' in a 'blind cap' immediately behind the bumper.Sweet I will have to take a look today!
Using steering wheel buttons scroll through your IPC display looking forI am assuming that I can just install the correct harness, plug in the TPMS repeater and the truck should see the sensors.
This is even better. Pictures are my best friend. ThanksPerhaps of interest / help, see the pics at this post. You're looking to count the wires on "C439" which should be 'stowed' in a 'blind cap' immediately behind the bumper.
Good luck!

If you've got that you're set insofar as the module programming for trailer TPMS support; if not, you're not.

Good luck!
From my archive, here's a pic of the 'fully populated' (9 wires, 3 unused pins) C439 by another forum member. In this view C439 is plugged into the '12-pin' bumper socket. This is even better. Pictures are my best friend. Thanks
So after crawling under my truck I do have the C439 with 9 wires plugged into a blind cap. So I do not need the new wiring harness correct???From my archive, here's a pic of the 'fully populated' (9 wires, 3 unused pins) C439 by another forum member. You should be good-to-go with the plug-and-play Ford Accessory Trailer TPMS / Cam kit.So after crawling under my truck I do have the C439 with 9 wires plugged into a blind cap.
