The harness that he and I both have runs from the drivers side headlamp to the passenger, then connects to a power supply in the fuse box behind the battery. Runs through the firewall to the BCM, then behind the glove box, behind the HVAC controls and terminates at the HCM. The HCM is under the push button start, to the left of the HVAC controls.
Copy that. So another question if I may. If I don’t bother with trying to add the ride height sensor in the back do the headlight just default to a like center position as far as the up and down leveling part?

Yes, they just stay wherever you set them, there is no level correction.

So there is a way to set them then? Sorry just trying to get up to speed on all this.

After 9 months of waiting for the conversion harness and hcm I finally have it. After looking through all the videos/instructions, I think my biggest hurdle will be pinning into the harnesses. Does anyone have any tips/tricks/insight into that part of the process? Thank you for any information!

Are you talking about pinning the wires to the 2 BCM connectors?

Did you see the precision retrofits video where they show how to pull the connectors and pin the terminals? I had never done it before either but I used that video to walk me through it

I pinned those with the A pillar trim still covering the BCM because I didn’t know how to move it 😆 that was a major pain. I’m a big guy and it’s hard enough for me to fit down there

I’m looking to get one of these harnesses with the HCM. Who has them available? Precision retro is out of stock with the HCM.

That’s where I got it from. Got the headlight harness in 4 months, the rest of it 5 months later.

I didn't remove the seat but make sure to more it all the way back before you disconnect the battery.
The more you remove, the easier it is so a little more work but less frustration.

Remove the glove box, little floppy panel under the glove box and side trim pieces. Change your cabin air filter while your at it to.
Pull your carpet back to expose the grommet in the firewall that the wires will run through. You do have to yank on the carpet.

Bumping this. Been combing through threads but can't quite make sense of it.

Have the Bi-LED XLT headlights.
Want to get PR painted projectors.
Don't want auto anything, just the basics.
Is there a plug and play option? I currently have the Alpharex, their harness and was a very easy install.
