Alarm going off with Trailer attached

Had my new truck locked, with my single Axle Trailer attached. Trailer ramp up and not entering it at all, causing vibration or motion. Also not windy, making it move. Alarm went off 3 times that day.
As it turned out, there's a T.S.B. - 21-2179 out for it.

Had it in a week ago and had updates installed. No change and going in again today

Uneventful visit to the dealer. Even took the trailer with me. Alarm wouldn't go off for once, but it wouldn't go off by disconnecting the trailer wire while the truck is locked either, which it's supposed to. They're ordering a new trailer module.
