Ready for pickup tomorrow. Dealership tinted front 2 windows and removed the FX4 stickers. Just need to figure out best option for that dang chrome tow mirror cap. Post the pics with your solution guys. Figured I’d post here before the lariat lounge to get options on the tow mirror. Also plan to black out the tail light whites and Ford emblems.

Find a sign shop in your area that does vehicle wraps and they can wrap over the chrome with pretty much any color you want. I would think it should cost you under $100.

I just replaced with the matching black plastic oem parts. Looks much better. Would have wrapped if the parts weren’t available.

Hi all,

First off, thanks to all the moderators and members for all the contributions to the Gen14 forums. I used the topics and threads to help in decision making on my new truck.

I traded in the S550 last week because I am just in love with this new F150 (Per dad duties and wife's orders) and so far I am not regretting that decision one bit. Yes I miss the Stang, but this truck has done nothing but amaze me. The only mod I have done so far is install a Bak-Flip MX4 tonneau cover. It did take a little extra adjustment as the auto tailgate wants it in just the right spot to function properly, but after a couple tweeks I have had no issues. Not sure what the next mods will be for the truck. I am currently looking at member builds for ideas on leveling kits with 34s

Just got everything fully tinted for the Texas heat. 5% back, 25% up front, and clear ceramic coating on the front windshield.

Traded in my 2017 302a XLT Sport 5.0 for this 2021 501a Lariat Sport 5.0. Ordered it in November, arrived early February and finally installed the levelling kit and wheels/ tires. For those wondering, the tires do rub in full lock reverse, but they only contact a small section of the factory mud flaps.

-285/60/20 Toyo AT3s
-20x9 +1mm Fuel Hammers

Debating the Air Design Super Bolt Fender Flares, I'm on the fence about those and flares in general. Any opinions would be appreciated!

Neither, they are just silicon covers on them. Cheap covers that serve no purpose other than looking dope.

You don’t need any tools to install these, simply snap them onto the tow hooks. Nothing is punched out. Literally takes less than a minute to do, paying someone to do that is a waste of money. If you buy them and ask your dealer to throw them on, they should at least do it for free.
