Now before someone says.. “what do you expect?” Hear me out. Truck is a 3.5 eco. I am getting like 13.0-13.5 at 65mph and 15.0-15.5 in city. Which is weird to me. I’ve got fuel rebels and 295/60/20 ridge grapplers w 2” level.
What is everyone else getting? Also, dealer won’t fix my speedo. Is forscan the only option?

Pretty sure your displayed MPG is gonna be off until you get your speedo calibrated. If I ever get my truck, I’m gonna run 295/60 RGs and am expecting around a 2 MPG drop

depending on which tire you started with your odometer/speedometer and thus the mpg calculator are reading low - you are actually getting better mpg than displayed - that said the heavy tires you have are going to hurt the mpg

you should do a hand calculation with your next full tank to determine what you are getting exactly (use a gps app or tire calculator to determine what % your odometer reading off by)

My 21 truck IS recalibrated for the 295/60-20 Nitto RG's on stock wheels with 2.5" level. I drive in town and avg 13.7 right now......... 3.5L Eco CC 4x4 3.55. I'm about to take a road trip this weekend so we will see what it does but I'm not expecting much. Coming from my stock tire 2018 truck 3.5L cc 4x4 3.55 I was getting 17 in town and 21 hwy. 36 gallon tank doesn't last nearly as long as it used to.
Also the new truck does feel a bit slower which I assume is the heavy azz tires.

How did you get your truck recalibrated? My dealer won't do it either and I've not seen anyone that has said that they've recalibrated via Forscan.

You can recalibrate via Forscan. Go to the other F150 forum, the 2021 board. Top sticky is the Gen 14 Forscan topic with all the instructions you’ll need.

before getting the tires I would suggest getting a speedometer app to verify your current calibration. I did not do this but after installing 275/65r20 tires my speedometer is off by ~ 1% (reads 60mph when app shows 60.6mph for example) - I think the original reading was probably a bit faster than actual.

I also just got back from a 4 hour interstate (75mph speed limit)trip. On the way out into a 10-15mmph head wind I got 16.5 cruise set at 81mph.
On the way back 10mph tail wind same speed I got 18.2mpg.

The level will effect your mileage as well, possibly as much as the larger/heavier tires.
