After hail damage repair my rear defrost does not work

After hail damage repair my rear defrost does not work. They did have to replace the back window. The sliding window works but not the defrost.
I've looked at owner's manual online but cannot find if there is a fuse for it or not? Just want to check that before asking them to fix it. Thank you!

Thank you! I do not feel so bad for not being able to find it. Never have heard it called that before. Checked the fuse and the fuse is good. I just know this is going to take forever for them to get it right. Thanks again!

I just went through and found anything that said heat. I had to Google what that was. Lol

Make sure it's plugged in.

Backlite is actually a pretty common term for the rear window, but it should be described in the legend in a very common term.
like perhaps “rear defrost” or “rear defog”

if one had not been dinking with old cars and reading about them since they could read, the term “backlite” will completely elude them.
