So I have no lift on my truck but may do a 2” level eventually. Would that 4 inch drop hitch be fine for me or would it be too low?
They make 4", 6", 8", and 10" drop versions - you should check your trailer requirements - I have a slew of old cheap steel receivers, so found the sweet spot and settled on a 6" weigh-safe for my trailers.

I'll mention another adjustable drop hitch I purchased this year.

Aluma-Tow (Uriah Products) makes a 2" shank hitch in either 6" or 8" drop
You can choose either polished aluminum or black painted stainless
They come with all 3 ball sizes
2 keyed alike locks so the shank and the ball mounts are secure
And a storage box
I found mine at a local farm supply store.

I had a Weigh Safe 2.5" on my 2017 F350 and it performed great. I opted for the same in 2" for my current F150. I liked the Weigh Safe more than some other options because it didn't have reversible balls that hang well below the hitch while in use. With WS, it's one or the other. Being all Aluminum, oxidation is a factor, so proper maintainence is key for ease of use. If you have a locking hitch pin, that's all that's required to keep the hitch safe.

what drop did you get for the Weigh Safe?? Also I like that you can order a new shank in case the say 4" shank is not low enough. Makes the system super versatile
