@superfordman @Jesse-Infotainment well i attempted it today and got it all installed and talking but i kept failing the calibration so i dont know if its because i used a platinum to change perimeters or what i did wrong lol
The changes to be made are provided in a form @superfordman has provided.

Do you have a list of all changes you made.

Also need to verify what version the software the CCM is on

So I happily stand corrected. @Plowman14 sent me a picture of his IPMA connector wiring and I compared it to the one that @superfordman provided earlier in the thread without the required wiring (post #125 on page 9) and wouldn't you know it, I was looking at the wrong connector. All of the necessary wiring prior to the bumper harness exists on my truck and this project has been re-added to my to do list. Thanks to everyone for the ongoing helpful information. Below is a picture of the correct connector when it is connected in case it is helpful for anyone.

Can confirm

23 XLT 302A NAV, 360cam, trailer tow. Ccm upgrade for adaptive/intelligent cruise works as does the speed limit sign read

thank you @Jesse-Infotainment for remoting in to help update and @superfordman for all your info on what to change you guys are awesome
Awesome! Glad you got everything working that easy. Not too many with 23's have done it yet so glad everything is all the same and getting nav back makes things work much better and like they should.

Is this possible in a '22 XL with copilot 2.0 but no factory nav or satellite radio? Has BLIS and lane keeping and regular cruise as well as emergency braking.

Yes* if you have lane keep assist it's all built off that so just need to add the same components others are adding, but you need to look at your IPMA because there are much cheaper silver ones out there now with only 2 main plugs versus black controllers with 3. I would imagine the cheaper module is not capable of anything above cruise control and lane keep.

If anyone is curious, I think I was on the 3.5.3 OTA when I added this to my 22 XLT and have successfully gone through more OTA updates up to 4.2.4 and all functionality is there still and works fine. The only real quirk I come across in my 5000+ miles on the road every month is occasionally I'll get a sudden but gentle deceleration when either the GPS or camera picking up the speed limit from an access road tries to slow me down from 70 to 35. You still have to pay attention using these systems but they certainly do reduce fatigue a good bit.

Just a quick thanks to all of you who added to this thread. I was able to successfully complete this project in my 501a. Now to just add back front sensors and my truck will be what I originally ordered.

Prepping for attempt at Lane Centering && Adaptive Cruise Control

501a 2021 XLT- 6.5' bed, 3.0 Powerstroke, Supercrew, Navigation, Active Lane Keep Assist, blind spot monitor, regular cruise control.
-I believe the Navigation and ALKA, or maybe just ALKA made this easier by having the camera on the rear view mirror..

Homework:
Popped off bumper panel (plastic piece covering where CCM Radar will go) Was hoping maybe it would magically be there. No wiring there either.

Went to IPMA- peeked my head under steering column where a foot e-brake would be. Located device with heat-sink plating and 3 wire harness plugged into it. Confirmed no wiring-- middle harness had lone green wire surrounded by 4 empty pin holes.

Purchase list:
WPT1198 -amazon, comes with 8 pins.. I'll use 4 of them for CCM connection
DU2Z-14474-CA - 4 pins needed to terminate wire into IPMA
ML3Z9E731G
OBDLink EX
(forgoing steering wheel button)

Plan:
Install CCM Radar (ideally without removing bumper or anything. just going to pop that plastic cover off)
Level CCM Radar
Run wire (18awg) from CCM location to under dash so wire is out-of-sight
Terminate wire/add pins to WPT1198 into CCM
Terminate wire/add pins to IPMA according to diagram early in thread
Take a break and review FORscan tutorial, add Barney-style details of that process here

I'm working my way through this install on my 22 XL Regular Cab.

I bought ML3Z15K867NA and all the parking sensors. Everything is hooked up on the bumper but i have two extra connectors.

What are these use for?

Can i buy a cap for them?

Changing harness over now in bumper and notice this extra smaller plug. Any idea what that is for? PN for harness is ML3Z 15K867 MA.

I don't think this has anything to do with it, but it's interesting part of the data is saying its 188 degrees F
