Adding BLIS to STX?

So I have been digging and can’t find where this has been done but I know it has. Does anyone have info on adding blis to an STX I have the mirrors and I believe it’s just tails with blis modules and the correct wiring harness??

I thought BLIS was standard on the STX. I have a 2021 Supercrew STX, with tow mirrors, and it came with the BLIS.

I've seen XL taillamps on ebay with no BLISS so they are out there. Ford cheaps out on way too many things in the base XLs solely to try and get people to buy higher trims. People should be able to line-item every single option and only require other components when relied upon. Then the deletes on the platinum -- I mean they're basically a mix of 501 and 502 lariat parts, except for the steering wheel that's borrowed from the 302 XLT w/ a platinum badge on it.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you're probably wired for it. Need to check your wires @carbonizedgreybeard. You didn't post your body style but this may still be relevant....

Check some of your harnesses for the wires it uses. If it's present in the tail lamp
Check C408's wires

35 and 40 may be for scale taillamps, 15 and 17 is power and signal to BLISS units.

I’m not wired for it as my harness doesn’t have the plug on the passenger side that’s for the bed lights. I’m trying to make sure I order the correct harness for it, I believe it’s the same harness for the xlt halogen tail light trucks

You have the harness for bed lights on your xl. I have one too. Well stx but same thing. Which plug is it so I can look see if I have it. Did you plug in bed lights and it worked

Found a video on youtube that shows where the bed light plug should be.
