This is awesome! Would there be any changes for a 6.5’ bed with scales / CCD?

Thats a good question… my truck on order has CCD and a king bed.

Now that I have driven with this capability, I don’t know if I could go without it!

That was a bit more challenging to locate.

Probably a dumb question but I cannot seem to find the IPMA and HCM modules? Using Forscan 2.3.43.

OBDLinkEX Model EX-101 via USB. Has worked for all my other Forscan mods.

That’s obviously a known good adapter. Not sure if you have received any OTA updates to the truck, but I did see another member mention in a different thread that after the update there were modules that forscan no longer picked up.

My only suggestion, if you haven’t already tried it, is to let FORScan scan the truck and build new profile to see if they get mapped again. After clicking connect hit “NO” on the pop up that has the previously stored profile.

If that doesn’t work you may have to drop a line to the forscan developers. They can usually send out a test build of forscan that fixes issues that pop up do to changes in the Ford software.

I worked! I rescanned the modules with the test version of Forscan and could see all modules. Have Glare Free lighting option now! Not sure which change did it as I did both at once. Thanks for all your help! Really appreciate it. Can't wait to try it out.

Anything is possible, but I could see Ford using it as a selling point for new vehicles and leaving early adopters hanging.
Right, there’s more benefits for Ford leaving it off than adding it.
Adding free features means more warranty claims when these “creep features quit working.
So even if it doesn’t cost them anything to add it, it’ll still cost them.

With a little FORScan work you can have them today if you have the projector LED headlights. I’ve been running them for about a month on my Tremor and I agree they are amazing compared to the medieval auto high beams the US trucks have default
any review on how well they work? do they work as well as the video that was posted earlier? thanks!

I am very impressed with them. There is no down side. The animation sort of exaggerates the visual. The transitions are much smoother in reality, but it definitely manipulates the lights just right so that everything is more illuminated except for other vehicles. It keeps the light just short of approaching or leading vehicles.

If you try it, you won’t go back.

I’ve updated and no errors. Appears it is working but don’t see the menu option. Here are my settings. Did I miss anything?
