9/20 Build Week

Feel like I'm in pergatory. All the trackers show it went into production on the 22nd with an ETA of 10/13. No change to Built or Shipped. Chip at Granger and FP couldn't give me any additional info yesterday.

I know....plenty of folks have been waiting way longer than me.

I am in the same boat, still shows in production. I am about to go on vacation, so naturally it will probably get delivered when I am out of town.

Got her home! Man these trucks scream to at least be leveled. I don’t remember my 2015 looking this bad when I got it?

How’s it drive?

It’s super quiet for sure. The new seats seem vastly improved compared to my 2015. It feels a little bit floaty in my opinion, but the truck I’ve drove for the last 5 years had a level kit and was definitely on the stiff side. I stayed away from the FX4 package due to reviews on the ride being stiff, but I’m thinking now that I would’ve preferred that over the sport. Oh well. There’s a crazy amount of new tech that will take some time to get all sorted out.

The B/O unleashed seems to be a bit of a disappointment unfortunately. It’s clear enough, but the high notes are a bit lackluster and there’s just not enough volume to it.

Rereading this, it sounds like a fairly negative review, but I do really like the truck. Just my initial thoughts…

Thanks for this. I have the sport as well and this will be my first truck and hoping its going to be a good vehicle for a long time.

Nope, still in pergatory. Still shows ETA of 10/13 but has not changed from "In Production" status.

What did your dealer say? Mine just shared news that I just arrived at Port of Wilmington, DE via Norfolk Southern Group Rail.
