$8000 in damage so far - estimate still not ready

I need to find a good diminished value calculator. That's going to be my next fight. 3 weeks and counting and still don't have a complete estimate for repairs.

So far I can't get a straight answer from the insurance company of the lady who hit me. I'll keep pushing the issue.

Yes they did, but State Farm, the insurance she had will reimburse USAA. That bill was over 5K.

I find USAA to be awesome.

I know the pain. My 2021 was hit by a lady running a red light in January. I finally got my truck back in May, 4 months later, only because they were waiting on parts. I had to make several calls, including the Ford Executive Offices. It helped, or at least they were trying, according to them. I was lucky and USAA paid everything, including the rental vehicles. USAA went after State Farm and was reimbursed. Now when I see an accident, my first thought is a guess of how many months it will be in the repair shop. Total cost of everything, $32,294.
