Probably be better off just getting the XLT 302A Heater controls are different
radio controls are in a different location.
Probably several interior pieces and controls.
all the buttons on top are different as well.

might get out the door with a 302a for 55k if you dont load it up
But, yes, i think a nicely equipped STX may come in around 40.

Yeah I built a nice-ish 302A for $47,000 before I went for a Lariat

That STX grille is the best looking one (per opinion of many here), but I've always liked a bit of chrome. The XLT grille without the chrome package is the one that appeals to me.
I did not want a bunch of chrome, but I needed some.
The power driver seat and auto climate control was a plus in the 301A
I had no desire to have that big screen

With all that’s involved in potentially changing it, you really are better off just getting the 12” screen from the factory.

It may be some time for the aftermarket companies to catch up, but in the previous two generations, there’s a wide selection of swap kits.

I swapped sync 3 into my 2013 truck last year with a simple adapter harness and some fairly straight forward programming with forscan. Most of the companies I’m referring to even offer to do the programming before sending the equipment to you.

just bear in mind that you’ll also need the 12” bezel and HVAC controls.
