8/8/2022 Build Week

Just got bumped from 7/11 to 7/18 to 8/8. I haven't seen anyone else post that they are in this build week so thought I'd start the thread.

Hello! I'm here now too! A couple more from the 8/1 thread have also been bumped to 8/8, probably being quiet in hopes of not jinxing themselves.
I'm going with the theory that I'd rather keep getting bumped, instead of building and going on chip hold. Seems like Ford forgets you once you're there.....better to get bumped, and get a complete truck. Fingers crossed!

I agree. I never got bumped but went into chip purgatory for 10 weeks, which is a short stay compared to some others. Im now likely in shipping hell. Chip hold qith 7 different ETA's was horrible.

7/11 to 7/18 to 7/25 now to 8/8. The emails from Ford are just a tease. Dealer said to expect 6 to 9 months for my order - maybe rolled to 2023 MY. I'm beginning to think they're right.

If you have a VIN, you are not getting a 23. It will be built in 22.

but since you have a 2022 VIN, it will get built eventually.

I've been getting bumped every week. Other than my initial "scheduled" email, every Tuesday night there's a "bumped" email.

Hi everyone, I ordered in January and I’ve been bumped again from week of 5/16, 6/13, 7/4, 8/1, to 8/8. Becoming normal now, guessing Halloween or Thanksgiving before I have my Lariat.
