No, surprised I got the info I did. All I did was ask for an update and she came back saying it was awaiting a microchip.

Sucks, man. I have the feeling I’m in the same position as you are. I’m still in production since 7/19. Curious, did you check if your modules populated?

Yeah. They were all missing on earlier builds so it’s not that I’m assuming

In production since 7/20.

Tracker says in production and dealer says that it's delivery ETA is in about a week. Seems unlikely that it will get here that soon, if it's truly still in production.

Chat previously told me that is was due to arrive to the dealer between 8/12 and 8/18 and stating that it was sitting on Ramp 15(whatever that means). I contacted the dealer they confirmed saying, "Yes, I'm showing arrival 8/12-8/18! Exciting". Yet, it still shows "In Production". I spoke with a chat person again today and they said that it's due to be completed by 8/18. So it will either be delivered or built soon lol. We'll see. I stopped receiving email updates after the scheduled for production email.

Just checked with chat and got pushed out. Original ETA was 8/5-8/11. Now it's 8/13-8/19. Chat said it was released from the plant to the carrier and awaiting shipment.

I've been in production since 7/14, Ford says delivery 8/9-8/15 to the dealer, but the dealer (Granger) told me today that VVR shows it is still waiting on microchips. Has anyone figured out how long that hold can take?

I didn't ask but I believe it is Vehicle Visibility Report that only Ford/Dealers are able to see.
