I like the tailgate one, placement of the fender emblem is weird to me. Maybe if you put it lower left corner of the door?

I still wish somebody made a fender vent replacement that incorporated a 5.0 Coyote badge. Like if you replaced the “Lariat” portion with the one you put on the tailgate while retaining the F150 part above it.

Maybe something like this? I had these made by a company up here in Canada, using Avery-Dennsion epoxy with 3M automotive backing adhesive, he colour matched the leadfoot grey vent and put the coyote font in matte black. It was my favorite aspect of that truck, very clean in my opinion.

Slapped some 5.0L badges on my Lariat BAP but it's tough to find fonts that go well with the F-150 font.

The goal was to add something similar to what my old 1988 Mustang GT had on the lower front fenders, the "5.0" badges down low between the wheel wells and the doors. Turns out our fenders have an odd shape down there and the emblems wouldn't fit flush. So I put them above the fender grill thingy. Jury is still out.

During my search, I saw some that looked similar to the "Ecoboost" badges on the tailgates of those trucks and figured why not do that, too? I've seen guys do this before on here, but I didn't want chrome and none of the color combinations or fonts really excited me, including the "coyote head" style. So I bought an all-black version, then realized you couldn't really see it. Fired up a gray paint marker, and am happy with the results overall.

Just some stupid fun in the boring winter months...

I like both the 5.0 above the fender grill and the coyote on the tailgate!! Ordered the coyote one in all black for my 2024 Agate Black XLT Customized by RTR. Where did you find the 5.0?

From the good old jungle website...

5.0 emblems

I'll say, those are growing on me for now.

Not my truck but those 5.0 badges on the F-150 looks best in this location to me. Again it’s just my opinion.

Well done sir, perfect design and they came out great.

Did something happen to the E and the 5? It could be the pic but it looks like they were cut off.

I like that location, just not the slant of the door skin there. Between the wheel well and door crease at that level was my first choice, but they don't sit flush. Too many "contours" down there.

I thought about that, as well. They are definitely easier to read in that spot than on the tailgate.

Did you install the FP side vents yourself? It looks like you can just pry them out with a plastic tool and snap them back in.
Yes I installed the FP side vents myself. Easy install. Used plastic trim tool from Amazon to pop the originals out and popped these in.

Thank you sir, very much appreciated!

The photo isn't great, the lead foot grey font doesn't help but the font style I choose was "black label" from his options, leaves the top of "e"'s and "5"'s a very small touch shorter.

Here's what I did for mine, can't remember if I found them on Etsy or Ebay. I was looking for more of a stick out/badge style but ended up liking the look of just the stickers.

There are so many imperfections with that sample. Some very low-quality, usually Chinese-made stuff has very low yields of imperfections, but not this bad. It makes you wonder where these were actually "made," and I'm thinking here in the USA.

I mean, they couldn't get the DASH straight and proportioned? :sneaky:

Ok...relocated the fender badge. My nostalgia was telling me I needed them in lower fender area. Bought a new set and put some light heat to them so they moulded to the lower fender curves better.

And for the record, the adhesive on these "cheap" badges is pretty substantial. Took quite a bit of work to remove the first ones I put on.
