How did you guys find out the shipping information down to this level? All I see is the Ford page.If you have the same ETA as me, then that means your truck shipped on 7/15 or the haulers are waiting for other trucks to arrive before they take off to dealers. I think the latter is the most likely scenario. My truck has been in Florida since at least Wednesday morning, so the haulers are likely not trying to do multiple trips. The hauler may likely only depart for dealers when the hauler is completely full.
If your dealer is good, he/she can provide you with that information. if not, you can check out the information I posted about the Blue Oval Forum on Monday or the Performance Ford information I posted about three or so days ago.How did you guys find out the shipping information down to this level? An interesting turn of events fo me. The other truck being delivered was also ordered in my name. Both trucks are the exact same except one is carbonized grey and the other is lead foot grey.Looks like the tracker was accurate for once. My truck is on a cassens truck and will be delivered Monday
Found the code for my dealer (Battlefield Ford of Culpeper) on the Cassens webpage, but it shows either they have not received any vehicles since Aug 1, 2020, so something is not right or else Ford uses more than one shipping sources. If your dealer is good, he/she can provide you with that information. if not, you can check out the information I posted about the Blue Oval Forum on Monday or the Performance Ford information I posted about three or so days ago.
Ford definitely uses more than one shipping company. From what your telling me, it appears that Cassens hasn't been used to deliver trucks to your dealership since Aug 1, 2020. Get VVR from one of the two sources I told you about, and that information will let you know who is moving your truck.Found the code for my dealer (Battlefield Ford of Culpeper) on the Cassens webpage, but it shows either they have not received any vehicles since Aug 1, 2020, so something is not right or else Ford uses more than one shipping sources.
No anti sway hitch. Truck has sway control. My trailer is 4000#. The 19’ Ranger I had, had the sway control too: Smooth sailing!Great looking setup.
Sled through that area but have never been to Algonquin in the summer, on my places to visit for sure.
You don't use at least an anti-sway hitch?
Beautiful Truck! Congrats!She’s home!!
I had a 2017 XLT and just coming from a 2019 Ranger Lariat. This 21’ was worth the wait!!! I’m no mod guy but I’ll buy new “more aggressive” tires in the fall for our ?? winters!
Thanks for getting me through the last 5 months 4/26 crew! You know I’ll keep following this thread for tips, questions and overall badass-ness!!
Love it. Gorgeous truck.I figured I'd sign off this thread a little differently than just by posting a few pictures. So here is a short little video...shot in 4k 60fps.
Oh, I'm not going anywhere. I'll still lurk here.Love it. Gorgeous truck.
Don't be a stranger.
Yes Carfax works very well! Recently traded in my Corvette and they gave me 5K more than the dealer. Once showed the print-out, the dealer matched so minimized my taxes. Will do the same on my current 2015 F150 as had an EXCELLENT value a few weeks ago. If they don't match, will just drive the truck down to trade in for the cash. That's what I told my car dealer and they matched on the spot. Wahoo!I'll do the Carfax idea. Thanks. I have a few issues with the car, so I need to see what the current value is now. If I had no issues, I'd probably entertain the private sell route.
Did you break in the truck? I am trying to pile on the mileage so I can tow my 7,000lb trailer. Already did 200kms on 2 days. Need another 1400I feel I need to apologize for the posts!! (If you can tell my excitement)
260km trip to Alogonquin. Pulled like a dream. No “looking for” gears. No hard downshifts. Litres per were around 13.5 to 14.
The trailer sits level and I was leery about no tow mirrors but they did the job!
So worth the wait boys! Let’s keep it rollin’
This guy always gotta be dramatic. Haha.I figured I'd sign off this thread a little differently than just by posting a few pictures. So here is a short little video...shot in 4k 60fps.
