360 cameras: not available?

It almost seems random, but I noticed today that I can occasionally only see the trailer camera. It doesn't stay on either. I get a message that said full cameras unavailable or something weird like that.

Separately, Is there a way to view the front cameras or even the 360 cameras without it timing out after a few seconds?

Would've been sweet if there was a way to make these into recording dashcams.

What year model and how far along in updates is the truck?

From the original release of the Gen14 truck to about 2022 Job2, a LOT changed regarding the software and camera control options.

Trucks that are uptodate and functioning properly will allow almost any camera view to stay longterm on screen at slow speeds, and all speeds for a couple of the rear facing cameras.
I think in Tow Haul and a trailer plugged in introduces additional camera options as well?

Good to know. Mine was a 6/22 build and as far as I'm aware, it's never been updated. I still have the headlight recall open. I have to get around to connecting it to the house wifi and seeing if I can't do an update this Sunday.

Looks like 4.2.2. I tried checking for updates, but it's telling me it's already up to date with the latest. Poking around here, it seems there's a 4.2.3 already out?

Camera won't work when moving except the bed camera or tailgate camera.
Slow speed you'll get the 360 and any camera up to 5mph or something like that and it will shut off.

Update to the latest Sync 4 release and you will get most while moving. You can even remove the annoying message that says the Full view is not available.

Just watched your video, Great job! I know absolutely nothing about posting videos on YouTube. many youtubers post information under the video. Maybe you can add the 7D0,... as built address and change options there. Again I don't know about youtube.

Is there potential for a Forescan adjustment to use mirror 360 cameras to look back while backing up or even while traveling for say changing lanes left or right ?? To appear on 12” screen ? Like the back-up
