Am I to understand that people have factory order trucks arrive at the dealer but it is taken 1 - 2 weeks for the dealer to get to them to process paperwork? My truck is scheduled to arrive on 1/29 and planning to fly there on 2/12.

@Granger Ford I was emailed over a week ago that my truck was in but I haven’t seen any pictures or heard anything new in a while.

Can you shed some light into the process as to what occurs once the vehicle comes in to help set the expectation?

This could be normal wait time but I don’t know what to expect. First time ordering a truck and dealing with a dealer from afar.

Zach isn't a sales guy, Chip is. And when I ordered my 2022 Expedition, it was at 2% below invoice.
Maybe Zach mis-spoke, maybe they changed, I'm just passing along my experience.

Zach is the Dealer Principle aka Owner. And it appears that other employees possibly use the Granger username occasionally. So it could be Zach responding or it could be Chip. Either way it's coming from Granger. And I was asking Granger for a response. Not random forum members.

I think you are trying to be helpful, so thanks for trying. But my question was directly for Granger. And I'll wait for a response from Granger.

I just went back and looked and my order sheet was actually correct with 3%. I think there was just a typo somewhere on my correspondence back and forth. Thanks!
